I searched
hundreds o
f pages on the web, participated in dozens of meetings held by community
service organizations my friends here in Cote d’Azur invited me, I haven’t been
impressed but, frankly, none was as demagogic and appear crooked as the one I
fully participated once upon the time: THE VILLAGE AIDE PROGRAM. Demagogic because
of highly magnifying a little thing they aredoing
for the needy in the Philippines, appealing to your emotion hopping to have access
in your wallet for a donation only to realize 20% at the most is reaching the
destination.
Take a close look on these photos. Is there any one can contradict my assertion
that their appearance has nothing to do with the philanthropists? Why they have
to look wealthy, glamorous wearing silk gown, tuxedo, bold tie or tie while in
a booth pledging money for the poor? Doesn’t look to you like a store where we
are selling poverty by the kilo to people passing by? Like they have to nail
down a business deal where every single detail in the appearance counts? You
may mention Bill Gate as an example, but he never portrayed himself as a philanthropist
while he was building his fortune, to the contrary, his reputation was more of
a business predator, a copy cat of others’ intellectual property. He discovered
the charity business later in his life as a more subtle way of making money without

What a difference a day make!... They have no insurance business to use the charity
as a mean to increase their business, no signature of the recipients received
aid significantly higher than Pyrah's “volunteers” provide to the po
or and needy,
no distributions of PHF awards to the participating volunteers. In other words,
not a rip-off organization where every single action is camscoped for the
YouTube web site where one can see and read VAP’s crap..
Rotarians, corporations, individuals good heart people, stay away from the VAP,
support instead the REMOTE AREA MEDICAL org. It might sounds laughable to campaign
for support to citizens of the richest nation on earth. But keep in mind ,after
all, Americans have a good record in generosity and donations to the poor around
the world, even though their numbers decreases year after year mostly due to
loss of confidence in the way their money is invested. Why we shouldn’t support
their poor? We owe it to them! Your dollar will be spend entirely, honestly with
no middlemen whatsoever, as opposed giving to those ending in the pockets of
con artistsspecialized in construction,Matching Grants manipulation and other

RIP-OFF STORY Rotarians Philanthropists, contributors good heart
people, any one donating to the charities, what you are about to read in this
site is the actions of a few bad apples members of the ROTARY INTERNATIONAL.
Hiding the facts isn't doing any good, just will prolong the sin, enrich some
to the detriment of others, members and donors losing trust in Rotary in its

CORY ANN VERGE FLIP FLOP "It
became obvious that the food we were giving for the children were not getting
to the children”. Maybe the older siblings or even mom and dad were
getting a little fatter but these little ones are still struggling". Please,
order your "missionary" to remove this defamatory allegation because
is unfair to the parents and siblings. Parents did not steal the food. And if
they did, they could afford to give them also some, since the cost allowed in
the VAPis only 50 cents of a dollar per day. They raised thousands more publishing

E CASATE VILLAGE DROUGHT
RELEIF RIP-OFF Some time in the year 2006 Dave Collins and Derek Pyrah
were unhappy that not enough money flows on the VAP account in the Philippines.
This can be demonstrated in several mails exchanged I have in file. In these
mails they are looking for ways to increase their income “for the
poor and needy” out side the Rotary where apparently the collect didn’t work
as they wanted to. The Matching Grand Applications to TRF were slow to produce,
too bureaucratic for a Collins as anxious he can be. They decided to seek instant
gratification by inventing a Darfour situation in the
North of the island in a place named Ubay in the village of Cassate.
